Satisfaction guarantee
At Nopiy we strive for satisfied customers. That is why we offer a trial period of 14 days. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by returning the item in new condition and with all labels. You will then receive a refund of the amount already paid. Please note: this arrangement does not apply to sale items. Of course, it is allowed to try on products first. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, for example, you can return the item in the same way. Received the wrong product?
Despite our careful handling of orders, an error can sometimes occur. If you have received an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service at info@nopiy.com . We ensure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost.
Warranty on Products
Nopiy guarantees your legal rights in relation to an item, in accordance with reasonable expectations. Depending on the item, we offer replacement, repair or refund.
