What to do with a damaged product?

If the product is damaged upon receipt, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. We can be reached via info@nopiy.com and are ready to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

How do I file a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products, you can contact our customer service at info@nopiy.com or via our contact form. We will handle your complaint within 24 hours and do our best to resolve the problem quickly and to your satisfaction.

RETURNS

Are there return costs charged?

At Nopiy you have 14 days to return items that are unused and undamaged. The return request must be in our possession within 14 calendar days of receipt. You can easily register your return by sending us an email.

Return costs are for the buyer. It does not matter which shipping method you use.

How do I submit a return request?

If the product does not meet your expectations, no problem! You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. Send us an email in which you indicate that you wish to return your product. Our return address: Drieboomlaan 286

What is the delivery time for my order?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email with all relevant information.

Delivery times:

Shipping within 0 - 3 business days.

Delivery from 1 - 4 business days.

It may take between 1 - 7 business days to receive your order.

For orders outside of the Netherlands it may take up to 4 - 12 business days to receive your order.
